Refund policy

Ciel Lilyiano Apparel has a 30-day return policy, There is 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Online purchases may be returned within the 30- day period for a full refund to the original method of payment (minus a $8 flat shipping fee) 

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition upon arrival, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, the receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

When an return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact  lilyiano.co@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so the issue can be corrected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items such as personalized merchandise. sale items and gift cards are not eligible to be returned. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return an current the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected an return, and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
